This name reveals God’s nature to meet us not only in ideal circumstances, but right in the middle of our mess, our doubts, and our hopelessness. Through stories from Abraham, Job, and a desperate widow in 2 Kings, we’re invited to trust God—not with perfect faith, but with honest faith. El Shaddai is not waiting for us to perform; He simply asks us to bring our empty vessels and believe. Even in weakness, God is more than enough.
